EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We will happily and willingly receive back our items due to any issue within 30 days of receiving the order if and only if:

• Exchange or refund request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
• In case of unstitched item, it is not shrunk or cut for stitching prior to any visible fault from our end.
• In case of stitched item, it is not worn and not washed.

In case your order-to-be-returned does not comply to our above-mentioned policies and you still feel unjust and dejected then you are still advised to contact us anyway.

Remember that in refund or exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

• If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, there are two options:

1. In cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be refunded, or credit voucher will be issued.

2. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery.

• Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent via traceable delivery to Almaida Digital Fashion.

2. Repack Parcel with filled form
3. Ship Back to our address via traceable delivery
